wash prior to exterior painting, scrape peeling paint, clean surfaces, sand rough areas, and apply caulk as needed to trim and nail holes. A 
primer sealer may be applied prior to application of paint.

Inside, your Color Life painter will prepare wood surfaces for a smooth finish. Again, protective tape, drop cloths, painters 
plastic, paper are applied to areas surrounding the painting area. Quality cabinet refinishing may include; poly coat 
removal, sanding sealer, sanding, stain cabinets, apply poly finish. Door staining and trim staining follow a similar paint preparation and wood 
staining process.

Whenever possible cabinet painting requires a durable lacquer finish. The first steps here are important. cabinet repairs, trim repairs, the correct 
wood filler, and a quality coat of primer paint is absolutely necessary for a durable, smooth painted finish. Our painted cabinets and painted trim

washed finish or similar. More elaborate faux options are possible. All faux painting requires a working faux sample to assure the proper result.

uniform color finish. We apply transparent fence stain and semi-transparent fence stain.
